Quail farming start-up business to supply Coubrough’s Flying Kiwi Inns

Catererandhotekeeper NewsA new business rearing ethically-farmed quail has secured a deal to provide meat for Norfolk-based Flying Kiwi Inns, owned by chef Chris Coubrough. Norfolk Quail, based in Great Ryburgh, was established by poultry farmers John and Ellie Savory, who with 12 years' experience in the poultry industry have expanded their business to include quail after discovering that much of the quail meat served in UK restaurants was imported from France.
