Registration for Salon Culinaire at next year's Hospitality 2011 show at the NEC, Birmingham, is now open. With nearly 60 competitions across the three-day event (24-26 January), including 12 new classes for Live Theatre and Salon Display, it will be the biggest salon at Hospitality yet.
