London's Royal Garden hotel is to open its new Park Terrace restaurant and bar in May. Steve Munkley, who has worked with the hotel for the past nine years, is executive chef, while Jorge Canela will be restaurant and bar manager. Canela has worked at the Royal Garden for the past four years.
