Claudio Pulze sells Brasserie Saint Jacques

Brasserie Saint JacquesVeteran London restaurateur Claudio Pulze has sold his French restaurant Brasserie Saint Jacques in Mayfair. Pulze, who opened the restaurant last summer, said it was no longer a viable business and sold it to sommelier Richard Weiss and chef Laurence Glayzer.
