Veteran London restaurateur Claudio Pulze has sold his French restaurant Brasserie Saint Jacques in Mayfair. Pulze, who opened the restaurant last summer, said it was no longer a viable business and sold it to sommelier Richard Weiss and chef Laurence Glayzer.
