Hi - I'm Katherine Alano. I am CatererSearch.com's senior sub-editor and I look after the day-to-day stuff on the website. Unlike my colleagues, who are out and about meeting all you people, you are more than likely find me at my computer making sure that all the editorial content is live and up-to-date on the website. So if you can't find what you are looking for, I'm the one to call!
I also look after the newswires and other newsletters that we send out and write the Inside Job e-mail which has the latest news on finding that new job and a list of hot jobs from Caterer. So if you have any tips for job seekers in the industry, please get in touch!
It's a rather exciting and busy time on the website at the moment. We are soon to launch a new version of CatererSearch, which will be easier to navigate and have a fresher look and feel. We'll have new sections such as BuyIt! (in conjuction with the magazine) which will have all the latest product news on the market and an all new recipe section.
Despite having worked on websites for almost seven years, like many at Caterer, I am new to this whole new world that is blogging, and hoping to pick it up as I go along.
