With the refuse crisis in Naples forcing residents to burn rubbish, Michelin starred chef Giorgio Locatelli has caused a stink of his own by suggesting the released chemicals are ending up in the food chain.
Locatelli believes local milk and buffalo mozzarella is tainted and said he certainly wouldn't feed the produce to his children. For more, click on the the blog entry below.
