Finalists now have to take part in an exciting cook-off at Westminster Kingsway College Vincent Square at 3.30pm on Tuesday 7th February.
Deliberating over the results will take place immediately after the competition has finished and the 2012 winner of the Alaskan Seafood Recipe Challenge will be announced shortly afterwards.
The winner will then be invited to replicate their winning dish at the Craft Guild of Chefs "Skillery Demonstration Theatre" Hotelympia in front of a live audience on Wednesday 29th February 2012. Good luck guys!
