The shortlist

The shortlist of nominations for the inaugural Caterersearch.com Web Awards has been announced and we are now inviting readers to vote for the Website of the Year.

The awards, which are in association with Nestle Professional, were launched earlier this year to recognise the tremendous growth of the internet as a tool for business.

With 12 categories they will reward the organisations and individuals involved in designing, managing, marketing or promoting them, judged on a criteria including visual design, innovation, content, interactivity, ease of use, commercial success or potential and overall user experience.

While a shortlist has been drawn up for the first 11 categories, the Website of the Year will be chosen by the readers of Caterer and Hotelkeeper, the online users of Caterersearch.com, the judging panel and the senior editors of the Caterer Group.

To place your vote for your Website of the Year, simply look at the list below and select the website you feel deserves to win by clicking on your chosen website under the word "Vote".

Voting is now closed.

The winner of the overall Caterersearch.com Website of the Year will be chosen from the shortlisted entries from the other 11 categories and voted for by the users and readers of Caterersearch.com and Caterer and Hotelkeeper, the award judges and the senior editor at the Caterer Group.

The deadline for voting is midnight the 29th October 2008.

The awards will be presented on 17 November at an invitation-only event at the Imagination Gallery in London and announced on www.caterersearch.com the following day.
