As you can see, Product Junkie couldn't wait until 5.30 to test out the exciting new WineWeaver. Well, it is Friday after all.

I was glad to see wineweaver has made it onto a commercial site such as caterer and hotelkeeper. I was one of the first to try this new aerator and have been a fan ever since. I like the simplicity of the process and the way in which my wine tastes once served through wineweaver. I have been decating wine for years and a I tend to always use a funnel for this, but more often than not I don't always want to commit to a whole bottle just to get my one glass to decanter quality. This is why I particularly like this product as it can be used in both a single glass and decanter setting. Good value product - much cheaper then my stainless steel funnel -and, at last, some colours to brighten a very dreary market full of the same coloured, same old boring accessories. I would be very happy to see some licenced establishments adopt this aeration process for the wines they sell by the glass, as sometimes I feel the wine I am served has lost some of it body and taste. I am sure a simple policy of pouring wines through an aerator would do no harm at all.
