Nomination Form

ENTRY CONDITIONS:

1. Nominees must be British nationals OR employed in the UK hospitality industry.
2. Nominees must be under the age of 30 at 27 February 2010.
3. The closing date for nominations is 5 March 2010.
4. Incomplete nominations will not be considered.
5. Judging will take place on 7 April 2010 - winners will be notified within two weeks.
   
6. Winners MUST BE AVAILABLE to attend the awards presentation which willl take place over two days,13 & 14 June in Chester.
   

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

1. All 6 questions plus the summary must be answered in no more than 300 words per answer. (Exceeding the word count may lead to your entry being disqualified).
   
2. Answer the questions in ONE document (preferably using Microsoft WORD) then save it as the NOMINEES full name
3. Before submitting your nomination, please ensure you attach your WORD document and the nominee's current CV.
4. Entries must be submitted or authorised by the nominator. If you are self nominating you must provide full details of your referee.
5. If you would like to attach supporting material for your nominee please do so in the form below however if you prefer to send hard copies please post to:
