NOMINATION PROCEDURE:

To make the entry procedure as fair as possible, we're asking all entrants to make their nominations online.

ENTRY CONDITIONS:

1. Nominees must be employed in the UK hospitality industry.
2. Nominees must be under the age of 30 at 28 February 2011.
3. The closing date for nominations is 18 February 2011.
4. Incomplete nominations will not be considered.
5. Self nominations will not be accepted.
6. Judging will take place on 17 March 2011 - winners will be notified within two weeks from this date.
7. Winners MUST BE AVAILABLE to attend the Winners' Weekend and awards presentation which will take place over two days, 22 & 23 May at Coworth Park, Ascot Berkshire.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

1. All 7 questions plus the summary must be answered in no more than 300 words per answer. (Exceeding the word count may lead to your entry being disqualified).
2. Answer the questions in ONE document (preferably using Microsoft WORD) then save it as the NOMINEES full name.
3. Before submitting your nomination, please ensure you attach your WORD document and the nominee's current CV.
4. Entries must be submitted and authorised by the nominator. Self nominations will not be accepted.
5. If attaching supporting documents for your nominee please ensure you attach no more than 5 electronic documents i.e. DOC, PDF, JPG etc.
