As a Chef de Partie in this brand new standards driven hotel it will be up to you to set and consistently attain and deliver the high company standards, You will be use to high volume but high quality freshly cooked seasonal food as well as the other duties that entails such as; Accepting deliveries and checking quality of produce, Organising kitchen staff, All preparation for lunch and dinner service as well as bar meal delivery, Liaising with Head chef regarding customer numbers and orders.
Who we're looking for:
You will currently be a CDP working in a 4 star or above hotel looking for your next challenge. As a Chef de Partie you will be standards led and committed to producing the very best quality and freshly prepared food to the highest standards. A Strong communicator is essential as you will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in training and developing the younger members of the team and ensuring the service provided meets the high company standards of food production and service. You will be a real foodie chef who is used to dealing with fresh local ingredients and always looking to develop yourself and career as a chef.
