Assistant Manager required, Marlborough £17-18,000 plus bonus

As Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager in leading and motivating the team, ensuring the highest standards of product and service.

The ideal Assistant Manager will-
* be a capable Assistant Manager, with a proven track record within a full service restaurant environment
* possess excellent people management skills and the ability to inspire your staff
* be financially aware and fully understand the importance of effectively marketing the business
* be able to demonstrate your ability to deliver brand standards and your determination to "raise the bar"

Our client is a well known branded high street operator consisting of several brands under one umbrella. This upmarket brand is respected for it's quality food offering, great service and ambiance. They are expanding across the UK and continue to open and re-brand units at a controlled rate.

As Assistant Manager you will receive a basic salary in the region of £17-18,000 and a bonus based on building sales and bottom line profit. You will receive excellent training and opportunities to further progress your career within an established and respected brand.
