Person / Manager
We are looking for an Assistant Manager with stamina, enthusiasm and a hunger for customer satisfaction, while being great motivators and leaders of people. You will have Financial, Kitchen and People Skills, as you will control all aspects of the business. We are looking for managers with at least 1-year's full A.M. experience gained from a Branded or structured food environment.
The Role - Assistant Manager
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be running one of the strongest well know brands on the high street. The food is fun and simple and the atmosphere is upbeat and lively.
It will be down to you and your management skills to maintain and increase the sales and profile of the restaurant and brand. You must be able to create a fun atmosphere, for both staff and customers, while having bags of energy and drive.
