DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
We are seeking individuals who are well presented, confident, hardworking with excellent social skills to promote the luxury environment and first class service we strive to provide to our guests. This may include working within the Restaurant, Bar and Conference and Banqueting Departments. Flexibility is essential as you will be required to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
* Assisting guests in a friendly and courteous manner, demonstrating a good knowledge of the products on offer and taking every opportunity to up sell.
* General waiter/waitressing duties.
* Taking orders and serving drinks. **
* Preparing bar areas for service in accordance with Company standards and procedures.
* Cleaning bar areas after service in accordance with Company standards and procedures.
