Our client is looking for a chef de partie for this prestigious unit in Berkshire. You will need to have a real passion for food and be willing to work and learn from the best chefs the area has to offer. The ideal candidates should have had previous experience in fine dining restaurant of at least Michelin standard as a chef de partie.

As a chef de partie you will be working in a brigade of 32 chefs. You will work your way around the different sections, once you have mastered one section then you will progress to the next. You will be working with one of the countries youngest ever Michelin star winners.

Salary
Up ??17k for the right person + Live-in is available.
Hours
5/7 days, 48 hours a week, split shifts
