Our clients are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie, looking to improve on their skills
As Chef de Partie you will be required to assist the Sous and Head Chef in delivering good quality, fresh food that the customers are used to enjoying.The ideal Chef de Partie will be required to work each section as and when required. Ideas for menu design are always welcome
Our Head Chef is looking for a Chef de Partie with NVQ Level 2 and basic food hygiene or a number of years in a similar property

They have 4 guest rooms, they offer accommodation to suit every need and have been awarded 4 stars by the AA and tourist board
