Chef de Partie - £15,000 -£16,000 + Live – North Norfolk Hotel – 2 Rosettes
Do you want to live by the Sea, Do you like fishing or Sailing, Imagine doing this on our day off just a walk from your accommodation. Our clients are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie, who can work within a very busy Hotel. As Chef de Partie you will be required to assist the Senior Chefs in ensuring that the quality of food is kept to the highest, help in maintaining their 2 rosettes.
The ideal Chef de Partie must be up to date with all Health, Safety and Hygiene rules
As Chef de Partie you must have experience in a similar establishment and have your NVQ Level 2 & basic food hygiene
About our Client
The conservatory restaurant with sun deck terrace and adjoining dining area give spectacular views overlooking the Norfolk Coastal Path and the tidal marsh.
The extensive menu changes daily and boasts the best of fresh local produce. Shellfish, when in season, includes cockles, mussels and oysters from the ‘beds’ at the bottom of the garden.
For all day eating there is the bar or sunken courtyard menu.
