Overall Purpose of the Job:
To assist in the preparation, production and delivery of all food and meals to visitors to the Centre, so that their expectations are consistently exceeded.

Principal Elements and Responsibilities:
*To ensure that service operations maximizes on sales opportunities
*To follow 'Opening Up and Lock Up' procedures and ensure all team adhere to them
*To ensure that kitchen hygiene is maintained and is consistent with the set standard
*To arrive for duty in accordance with departmental rota, dressed in accordance with the Company 'Look Guidelines'
*Follow 'Goods Inwards' procedures and assist in Food Safety Book documentation
*To assist with on-going training within department ensuring training records are correctly maintained
*To help promote an Investors in People culture within the kitchen team
*To ensure that all stock, equipment and people are safe and secure at all times.
*To ensure that tasks set on a daily and weekly basis are completed to the agreed standard and on time.
*To achieve departmental standards in the preparation, production and delivery of food and meals to ensure that we meet our customers' expectations.
*Encourage and demonstrate a positive relationship with customers and colleagues to ensure we exceed customer delight.

Statutory Responsibilities:
*To observe all Company and centre Fire, Health & Safety regulations.
*To attend all statutory training sessions as requested.
