A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a busy and talent team in a top class hotel in Cheltenham as a Chef de Partie.

As Chef de Partie you will be expected to work in all sections of this busy kitchen as and when required. You will be preparing and cooking food from local fresh produce and will be working with a brigade of 7 chefs and a kitchen team.

You will;
- Be an experienced Chef de Partie or very senior Commis looking to progress in your career
- Have formal qualifications (706 1&2 or equivalent)
- Real passion and flair for creating and cooking fantastic dishes
- Have the ability to learn and develop new skills

In return for your commitment and motivation you will be offered;
- 20 days annual holiday plus bank holidays.
- Salary ??15k - ??16k
