Are you a Chef de Partie looking for the next step in your Career? Can you work well under pressure? Our clients are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie, who can work within a very busy Hotel. As Chef de Partie you will be required to assist the Senior Chefs in ensuring that the quality of food is kept to the highest, help in maintaining their 2 rosettes and help push for the third.
The ideal Candidate must be up to date with all Health, Safety and Hygiene rules
The Head chef would like a Chef de Partie who is passionate about food as he welcomes ideas for menu development.
You must have experience in a similar establishment and capable of producing good quality for to cater for all their Weddings and Conferences
Further progression is very possible and training & development will be provided.
