This stunning conference and training centre providing restaurant for 60 and function facilities for up to 250 is now seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie with knowledge of working with fresh food and numbers, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hotel or residential conference centre chef de partie looking for that next step and the opportunity to develop your skills further in an all fresh food operation.

Due to the nature of the position and its location own transport would be essential for this position.
