This fine dining restaurant is seeking the talents of a Chef de Partie to join its stable brigade. You will be creating fresh modern European cuisine. Everything is prepared fresh on the premises. Ideally you would have experience within a high standard fine dining environment.
As Chef De Partie, you will be running your own section and be responsible for the development of the junior chefs under your wing. You will also be given the opportunity to contribute new ideas towards the development of the menus. An excellent salary of £18,000 is available for the right Chef De Partie
Eligibility:
In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application.
