Chef de Partie. Our client is a 1AA Rosette restaurant set in the heart of Sussex. With influences from the Mediterranean and Australia this well established restaurant offers fine dining with a modern twist.
Job Description
As Chef de Partie you will join the small brigade working in all sections of the kitchen on rota basis. You will work closely with the Head Chef who has a very hand's on approach. This fast environment will show you an exciting way to serve food with its modern take on classic British cooking.
Experience
You will be Chef de Partie now looking to progress within AA Rosette restaurants. You will have a passion for fresh food. You will know how each section contributes to a vibrant kitchen. You should have NVQ level 1 in Professional Cookery as a minimum, and looking to gain the skills to progress once established in this experienced brigade.
