Chef de Partie is required to join this fabulous Country House Hotel fine dining restaurant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Chef de Partie. The recently appointed Head Chef has a strong 2, 3 and 4 Rosette background and is looking to push on for at least 3 rosettes. Chefs style is simple full flavour cooking recreating 'modern classics' without over complicating dishes.

As Chef de Partie you should be trained in every section of the kitchen working with more experienced Chef De Parties until capable of Running your own section, you would also be expected to help train Commis and Demi Chefs. On occasion you will be asked for menu input which is an essential skill in your development as a good all-rounder at Chef de Partie level

This positions also pays 'tips' on top of your basic salary which is normally a minimum of ??1500 but could be a lot higher with various benefits including meals on duty etc.

Tips / Perks / Live in / Bonus
