Chef de Partie required to join this busy restaurant with rooms currently serving a regular 40 - 60 Covers of 'high end' 2 rosette cuisine pushing for 3 Rosettes. With most produce sourced locally backed up by the restaurants own kitchen garden providing a wide selection of seasonal produce throughout the year.

The Head Chef who has a strong 3 rosette background is looking for a passionate talented Chef de Partie The Fine Dining Restaurant was recently placed high in the top 100 restaurants in the UK

Accommodation is available either on-site or aprrox 1 mile away and the restaurant is a 'rural destination restaurant' so a driver would be preferred but is not essential

This positions also pays 'tips' on top of your basic salary which is normally a minimum of ??1,500 but could be a lot higher. There is also good staff accommodation on site with various benefits including meals on duty etc.

Tips / Perks / Live in / Bonus
