Chef de Partie required for this exiting new restaurant recently opened with a completely new Kitchen with everything purposely designed and full of plenty of gadgets and the latest chefs toys.
The Fine Dining Restaurant is serving 40 - 60 covers of 2-3 Rosette cuisine with everything home made to exacting Standards as set out by the Michelin experienced Head Chef.
Following months of planning the menus consist of the best local, regional and seasonal ingredients cooked in a creative modern style. A Chef de Partie is required to help strengthen the team of 8 ideally with experience in all or most sections at Rosette level.
The Head Chef and owners have extremely high hopes of achieving 2 - 3 Rosette status in the next guide as the Head chef has a fantastic background at this level and the owners have 2 other similar properties at this level with pans for several more in place.
This positions also pays 'tips' on top of your basic salary which is normally a minimum of ??1,500 but could be a lot higher. There is also free/inclusive staff accommodation on site with various benefits including meals on duty etc.

Tips / Perks / Live in / Bonus
