Chef de Partie required for this fantastic privately owned Country House Hotel with several national and regional awards. Ideally the Head Chef is looking for somebody with at least 2 years experience at 2 Rosette Level but would prefer a slightly more experienced Chef de Partie who may be up for further promotion in another 6 months.

As Chef de Partie you will be expected to have good all-round experience in most if not all sections at this level. The hotel operates a 35 cover fine dining restaurant, which is open for lunch and dinner with a small terrace in the summer. The Banqueting is only for approximately 80 and private dining can vary from parties of 4 to private dinner parties for 40

As Chef de Partie your daily duties will involve working in your given section, ensuring all M.E.P / Prep is completed allocating jobs to and training Commis and Demi CDP's.

The Executive Chef encourages 'personal development' and is happy to move you from section to section for given periods to encourage your personal development and to prevent you from getting stale.
