Chef de Partie required for this fine dining restaurant in Central London

This fine dining restaurant, which serves fine Modern French Cuisine, is seeking the talents of an experienced Chef De Partie to join its stable brigade. You will be using only the freshest ingredients available. As Chef De Partie, you will be running your own section and be responsible for the development of the junior chefs under your wing.
You will also be given the opportunity to contribute new ideas towards the development of the menus. The restaurant is open Monday to Friday and the shifts are 4 days on, 3 days off. A competitive salary of up to £20,000 per annum is available for the right Chef De Partie.
Eligibility:
In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
