This fine dining restaurant serving fresh Japanese/Pan Asian Cuisine is seeking the talents of an experienced Chef De Partie to join its stable brigade. You will ideally have experience within a similar environment and be knowledgeable in Japanese/Pan Asian cuisine including all aspects of sushi/sashimi making.
As Chef De Partie, you will be working closely with the head chef on all sections. You will be involved in the menu planning as well as the development and supervision of the junior chefs under your wing. An excellent salary of £20,000 per annum is available for the right Chef De Partie.
Eligibility:
In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application.
