Job Description
Working as Chef de Partie you will work in all sections of this busy kitchen. You will work closely with the Head Chef who has a very hand on approach. As a member of this brigade you will focus your efforts on the traditional style of food with a modern European feel for fine dining and brasserie. Weddings are an important part of this busy hotel so attention to detail is needed on every plate served.
Experience
As Chef de Partie you will have experienced a fast pace working environment with the ability to work on different sections. You will be hard working and very keen to improve your skills and knowledge. You will have NVQ Level 2 with the opportunity to study for NVQ Level 3.
