Job Description
As Chef de Partie you will work within a large brigade, your focus will initially be the vegetable section and will gain experience from all sections within the kitchen. You will have close working with the Head Chef who is very focused on maintain the 2AA Rosettes. You will work in the busy function kitchen and the fine dining during the daily service.
Experience
You will be an experienced Chef de Partie working in Rosette Hotels or Restaurants already. You will have experience with banqueting and high standard presentation. You will have knowledge of how a busy kitchen functions and the roll that each section takes in this. NVQ will be a benefit but not essential.
