A Chef de Partie is required for this well established hotel on the outskirts of Edinburgh which has an excellent fine dining restaurant, conferences up to 100 and weddings through out the spring and summer.
As a Chef de Partie you will have 5 years experience of working in a fine dining hotel or restaurant. You must be able to demonstrate a steady track record and show progress in your career.
This is an opportunity for a skilled Chef de Partie who wants to progress their career and be part of a brigade which is pushing for their third AA Rosette.
