Job Description
As Chef De Partie you will be working to provide food for the fine dining restaurant and the brasserie, using the finest local produce. The modern European style dishes have developed a loyal client base.
You will work in all sections of the kitchen in a small brigade where you can gain experience from the close contact with chef.
Experience
You will already be a Chef De Partie with AA rosette standard background in hotel or restaurants, or worked with fresh quality produce. NVQ 1&2 and hygiene certificate are preferred, applicant with a strong Demi Chef De Parite background will be considered.
