We require a Chef de Partie to join our brigade and work along side our Head Chef, Martyn Williams. This is an excellent opportunity for a person who wants to create award winning food, the ideal candidate will have previously worked in a rosetted or similar standard property and have a natural flair and enthusiasm to cook. Covering restaurant, room service and banqueting. The successful candidate for the position of Chef de Partie will also be involved in menu planning and H&S/Food Hygiene standards in the kitchen.
