Chef de Partie required to join this Stylish Restaurant in Cambridgeshire working along side a Michelin and 3 Rosette Head Chef who has just been awarded 3 Rosettes and is now looking towards a Michelin Star in the near future.

The Head Chef has a solid background and a modern style of cooking recreating new an innovative dishes as well as a few 'Modern Classics'

As Chef de Partie you would be expected to organise the Mis en Place and run a section to a very high standard, ideally you will have experience of most sections and been keen to develop your skills further under a very experienced chef.

Ideally you will already be a Chef de Partie at 3 Rosette level but a well trained Demi or Rosette experienced Chef de Partie would be considered.

This positions also pays 'tips' on top of your basic salary which is normally a minimum of ??3000 but could be a lot higher. There is also good staff accommodation close by with various benefits including meals on duty etc.
