CHEF DE PARTIE

We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Chef de Partie.You will need good all round skills and knowledge, be able to cope under pressure in a high volume 2 rosette environment, have a flexible attitude as you will be working on all sections and be committed to producing high quality food.
On site live in accommodation is available for this position together with complimentary use of the health club and spa.The hotel is located 2 miles from Redhill town centre where there is a good selection of shops, night club and station with trains to London in 28 minutes.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
