Kydis recruitment is hiring Chef de Parties now for this high quality production kitchen, We can offer good regular working hours for Chef de Parties who are used to cooking with fresh produce on a large scale. As Chef de Partie you will be employed by a first class food production company that supplies food to some prestigious clients on a very large scale of up to 6000 meals per day.

This is a good opportunity to see how a top quality production company works and will give vast experience in large scale catering which can open up a lot of doors for business minded chefs. This is one of the fastest growing production companies in the UK and offers great on the job training.

Our client can offer the following perks:
1 - £18,000 per annum
3 – Chef de parties – Straight shifts
2 – Contracted hours and holiday pay
3 – Shift work, mornings, afternoons and NIGHTS, double take!! NIGHTS SHIFTS!! –
4 – Providing food to the business class clients for a very prominent airline.
5 – Imaginative menus and 100% fresh! From the scallops to the demi - glace it`s all made on site by professional chefs on a massive scale

You will need to be an experienced and professional chef that can meet the following criteria.

Requirements
1 – Two years experience in professional kitchen with fresh produce OR recognised qualifications
2 – Able to cook food to high company standards and present in line with SOP
3 – Live within a reasonable travelling distance to Heathrow/ Hounslow
4 – Speak a good level of English
5 – You will need to be committed with a good work ethic
6 – Thrive in a high volume fast paced kitchen.
7 – 39 hour week with paid over time.
8 – Know how to make 10 litres of Demi Glace
