Chef de Partie. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a talented Head Chef who is developing a strong customer base for his modern British food. The restaurant is the focus of the hotels and offers fine dining to discerning guests. As Chef de Partie you will be a key member of this small, AA Rosette awarded, brigade. Everything in the kitchen is produced from scratch and standards can only rise after Christmas when the new kitchen is fitted.
Job Description
This is a small kitchen and you will work on all sections. Assisting the Head Chef and helping in developing the menu as you establish yourself in the kitchen. The hotel offers breakfast and dinner and you will take your turn in doing the English and continental breakfasts for the hotels guests.
Experience
You will already be a Chef de Partie working with all fresh food and AA Rosette experience is an advantage but not essential. You should be able to work in all sections and training is available if needed. NVQ Level 2 or similar is preferred along with a current hygiene certificate.
