A busy 4 star hotel situated in central London is looking for a Chef de Partie to work in banqueting. EXCELLENT HOURS to work 5 STRAIGHT SHIFTS A WEEK. WEEKENDS OFF. The job will involve a variety of function work from hot and cold buffet, canapés receptions to 3-course fine dining plated meals.
Requirements for the Chef de Partie position involve:
working on the larder, vegetable and sauce section
assisting with both mise en place and service.
to organise various sections and supervise other staff.
