Chef de partie is required for stunning boutique hotel near Blackburn, Lancashire.
The hotel has 20 bedrooms, a 50 cover fine dining restaurant a terrace for 45 guests and a lounge for 40 as well as a 100 cover function room.
You will be in charge of running a section with 2 others in your team. There are 10 chefs in the brigade running a busy operation. As chef de partie you will work closely with the head and sous chef in maintaining the smooth running of the operation. They cater for about 3 – 4 weddings a week so you will need to be well organized.
They do not have accolades but are working to rosette standard using all fresh local produce in a well equipped kitchen.
The ideal candidate will need to have experience of fine dining and high volume cooking.
