The Exceptional Role - Chef De Partie

Serving an all fresh menu utilising seasonal produce where possible
The successful Chef de Partie will have a background of hotel experience
The Chef De Partie will have a very good working knowledge of Health and Safety
The Chef De Partie will be used to a busy kitchen and will be able to demonstrate that they are a team player

The Exceptional Person

You will have good people and financial management experience with the drive to make the business a success
A strong stable background with some Gastro experience preferred
This is a great opportunity for a strong Junior Sous Chef or established Sous Chef
This group are currently expanding and are also looking for Head Chefs in waiting
High volume experience is also preferred
