One of London's greatest event venues is looking for a Chef de Partie to join one of their brigades. The site is based in Central London, catering for the restaurant and hospitality kitchen covering all aspects of Conference and Banqueting with special Events.
If you have a great personality and love food then you will really fit in at this exciting site with top standards! The position involves working with a team of 10 Chefs divided over various sections as necessary. The Chef de Parties will have influence in the menu planning, and be responsible for a section. You will be friendly, flexible and easy-going to form part of a great team of strong Chefs!
As Chef de Partie, you must be very organised and be able to cope under very busy conditions. You must be able to use own initiative and creativity is essential!
The standard of cooking is exceptional and you must be able to keep up during a busy service. All necessary NVQ's will be required with relevant experience in either hotels, restaurants or contract catering at Chef de Partie level.
All Chef de Parties must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
Predominantly Monday - Friday
£22k with overtime available and excellent benefits
