Chef de Partie. This is an opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join this outstanding hotel 1 AA Rosette. Cooking modern British food using all fresh ingedients changing with the seasons. The hotel is part of a small group of hotels and restaurants and advancement is available within the company.
Job Description.
As a Chef de Partie you work in all sections of the kitchen on a rota basis. You will be responsible for your own section, ordering supplies and training junior chefs as needed and ensuring that food is cooked to the standards agreed with the Head Chef.
Experience
As Chef de Partie you will have at least one years experience and be able to demonstrate a stable work history. NVQ 1& 2 in professional cookery are preferred but not essential. A relevant hygiene qualification would also be an advantage. The most important characteristic we are looking for is enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and dedication to becoming a highly professional chef.
