Our client seeks a Chef de Partie to complete the team in one of their Gastro Pubs set in a more rural location. All the establishments are operated by a modern concept group which has approximately 15 houses in it's portfolio, most of which are in London - however, they have ventured into the Home Counties and this one is situated just outside the M25!
Offering a relaxed environment this restaurant / bar has designated areas and welcomes everyone - from those just wanting to sit in the more comfy area for a drink and/or a bar meal or to those wanting slightly more formal meal.
The Chef de Partie will be working in a team producing menus which use all fresh food and are modern English / traditional. One of the key strengths of this company is that they offer good development and training, and also encourage their staff to become integral members of the team.
