JOB DESCRIPTION - As Chef de Partie you will be working in a vibrant kitchen team, working in various kitchen area's and sections. Producing a vast array of different foods and cuisines, covering fine dinning to large corporate banquettes and wedding functions. Many opportunities to learn and develop skills, gaining invaluable experience from a large kitchen brigade. Excellent work environment with emphasise placed on training, development, team work and job satisfaction.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Catering qualifications and previous experience within a similar establishment is preferred but not essential. A commitment and passion for food is certainly required.
