Chef de Partie – Hotel Northants- £16,000 + Bonus – Live in
We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join the brigade of what is going to be a very busy Northants Hotel.You will be required to assist the Senior Chefs in gaining at least 2 rosettes.The ideal candidate will have experience of a 2 rosette establishment, be able to motivate and lead a team and be passionate about food.
You must have min NVQ Level 2 – or City & Guilds 706 1 & 2, you must be proficient in all Health, safety and hygiene regulations.
About our Client
Our clients are a newly converted and refurbished hotel in Northamptonshire. They have the most up to date equipment installed. The Restaurant and bedrooms ooze luxury, this will be a very busy hotel
