This lovely restaurant, one of the favourite destinations of both critics and the public alike, is looking for a strong Chef de Partie. It has a great reputation for unpretentious but delightful cuisine. The kitchen's accomplished modern approach pays due respect to classical and regional France, alongside wider Mediterranean influences, but remains pleasingly unfussy while focusing on the highest quality ingredients with an eye for seasonality.
The restaurant is serves around 100 covers every night and 30 - 50 at lunch during the week and 80 for lunch at the weekend.
If you have a good track record in 2 AA Rosette restaurants or above as a Chef de Partie and are confident on all sections, particularly sauce and fish, I'd love to speak to you.
