Your duties will be to work closely with the head and sous chef in the day to day running of the kitchen using the best quality and seasonal ingredients on offer.
As a chef de partie at this level you will have a good eye for detail and flavour with ideas to put forward on the plate.
The ideal candidate will have at 1 years experience in a quality or Rosette/ Michelin environment.
