Chef de partie required for prestigious 45 cover restaurant in prime location. They are looking for a passionate chef to join their small dedicated team in producing Michelin standard cuisine.
Your duties will be to run your own section ensuring consistent high standards . You’ll also be learning from an amazing talented Head chef with years of experience.
Using all fresh produce with everything made fresh on the premises from breads to ice creams and terrines.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience as a chef de partie or Demi looking for their next step up the culinary ladder.
This is a 5 day a week job
