This prestigious restaurant working at Michelin level are looking for a passionate and experienced chef de partie to join their dedicated and professional team in turning out world class cuisine.
You’ll be part of a team of 8 chefs. Your duties will be to take charge in the running of your own section and to delegate to commis and demi chefs. Using only the best finest produce.
The ideal candidate will have had at least 1- 2 years experience in a minimum of 2/3 Rosette standard cuisine.
